We maintain a strict confidentiality agreement between Ohana Tax Service and our Clients to ensure no unauthorized user will be granted information unless we get written or verbal consent.

We do accept walk ins.

However during Tax Season it is advised you call and schedule an appointment first as we book out in advance.

If you prefer not to sit down with a Tax Preparer, we offer a drop off alternative in which no appointment is necessary. We will call you when it is completed. Drop offs are completed first come, first serve.

One area in which our office specializes is tax resolution, which includes responding to delinquency, assessment, and other notices and otherwise addressing any outstanding (real or perceived) tax debts you owe.

Please call to schedule an initial consultation to determine the proper course of action, which may include follow-up appointment to handle the matter in more detail.

We do offer Consultations during the Off Season only. Please call our office to discuss our schedule of fees, as it depends on the scope of service.

In order to receive a proper quote, please call our office to go over some general questions.

Yes, you are allowed to file up to 10 years prior.

However, the statute to receive Federal or State Refunds is 3 years.
